Siheung Wave Park surfers participate in international surfing competitions as national representatives

WSL, the world’s largest professional surfing league, was launched in 1976 and holds more than 180 international competitions each year to select world champions. The competition, which was held in La Union, a popular surfing destination in the Philippines, was the first preliminary round to determine the representative of the World Longboard Tour to participate in the WSL competition in Asia.
Ji-na Kim and Jun-ho Kim, who competed in the longboard category, scored 350 points (8th place) and 150 points (24th place), respectively.
