Won Woori Financial Championship FR Lim Seong-jae domestic tour

On the final day of the Korea Professional Golf (KGT) Korean Tour Woori Finance Championship (total prize money of 1.5 billion won) held at the Ferrum Club (par 72, 7232 yards) in Yeoju, Gyeonggi-do, Lim Seong-jae reduced 4 strokes to win with a final total of 10 under par 278 strokes.

On the final day of the tournament, Lim Seong-jae made an uneasy start by making bogeys on holes 6 and 8. However, he made a birdie on the ninth hole and entered the second half of the ninth hole, and entered the lead with a birdie on the 11th hole, an eagle on the 12th hole, and a birdie on the 13th hole.

Im Seong-jae, who entered the 18th hole (par 5, 605 yards) with Lee Jun-seok tied at 9 under par, made a thrilling come-from-behind victory by catching a 1.5m birdie.

This is the second trophy lifted in about 3 years and 7 months after the Genesis Championship in October 2019 on the domestic tour.

Lee Jun-seok, who was aiming for a third win on the Korean Tour in the tournament where Woori Financial Group, the sponsor, was the title sponsor, had to settle for second place by one stroke alone with a birdie putt round the hole.

After that, Hwang Jung-gon and Han Seung-soo tied for 3rd place with a final total of 8 under par and 280 strokes, followed by Yoon Sang-pil in sole 5th place with 7 under par and Choi Jin-ho in sole 6th place.먹튀검증
